In order to get closer to the population, the Managing Director of the National Office of Drinking Water-ONEP, Mr. BERTE Ibrahiman organized a meeting with the presidents of consumer federations of Côte d’Ivoire, on Tuesday 31 October 2017 on the premises of ONEP. This first formal meeting, was attended by the President of the Board of ONEP N’DIORE Adèle.Indeed, it was an opportunity for ONEP to present to the various federations, its main mission which is to ensure the accessibility of drinking water to all populations throughout the national territory, and its activities, including its Call Center for Consumer Relations-CRC.
This center was created to take into account the needs of the user of drinking water. To do so, the consumer will just have to call 22 51 47 00 to ask all his concerns about drinking water.
The presidents of the consumer federations were pleased and honored for the opportunity given to them to soak the operation of ONEP.
