The chairman of the board of directors of the ONEP, Mr. Louis Kouakou-Habonouan and the members of the said Council were trained in business risk management for two (2) days, from May 19 to 20, 2022, in the room conference of the office. This training is part of the implementation of the new law on the management of state enterprises. Having been the subject of a decree signed by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Alassane Ouattara, this text stipulates that an annual forecast plan of audit is drawn up by the internal audit services.
Indeed, this plan must be approved by the board of directors, through the audit and risk management committee.
To be in line with this vision of the President of the Republic, the Board of Directors of ONEP asked the National Institute of Administrators of Côte d'Ivoire (INADCI), with a view to training its members at Better risk management.
The theme was: "Development of the audit plan and the role of the audit committee in risk management", and involved various modules, such as the audit plan based on a risk approach and Monitoring of recommendations, internal audit and quality communications, the audit committee and efficiency of internal control and risk management systems, to name a few.
The various exchanges have enabled administrators to understand the place of key risks in the annual audit forecast plan.
This is why the administrators wanted Inadci to continue to support them in setting up risk management tools.
