ONEP trains project stakeholders

The Directors and Project Managers of the National Drinking Water Office (ONEP) met from January 14 to 16, 2021 in Grand-Bassam as part of a training seminar on project planning and reporting.

This initiative of the General Management aims to strengthen the capacities of the actors involved in the management of the structure's projects.

The Deputy Director General of ONEP, Mr. ASSI Jean-Luc, chairing the session, gave the guidelines for the opening of this workshop. The DGA affirmed that at the end of the reflections, the participants will have to make available to the General Management documents relating to planning, reporting and procurement. This will make it possible to define the project management procedures at ONEP.

To this end, this seminar should enable beneficiaries to have effective project management tools, to have a common understanding of the management of drinking water supply projects and to remove all obstacles related to document management and the reporting, in order to provide participants with the basics necessary for the proper conduct of projects, three (3) themes were discussed during this seminar, namely:
