On Thursday, June 20, 2019, an Ordinary General Assembly of the National Office for Drinking Water was held, chaired by Mr. Louis HABONOUAN, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
This Assembly focused on the following points:
– Presentation and review of ONEP’s management report and governance report for the year ended December 31, 2018;
– Presentation and review of the Statutory Auditors' reports for the financial year ended December 31, 2018;
– Approval of the accounts and financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2018;
– Allocation of results for the year ended December 31, 2018;
– Discharge to the Directors and discharge to the Statutory Auditors for the exercise of their mandates and missions for the financial year ended December 31, 2018;
– Lecture des décisions.
