THE PRESIDENTS OF THE CONSUMER FEDERATIONS OF CÔTE D’IVOIRE GET TO KNOW HOW ONEP WORKS

In order to get closer to the people, the General director of the National Drinking Water Office-ONEP Sir BERTE Ibrahiman organized a meeting with the presidents of consumer federations in Côte d'Ivoire on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the ONEP premises. This first formal meeting saw the participation of the President of the Board of Directors of ONEP Mrs N’DIORE Adèle.  

Indeed, it was an opportunity for ONEP to present to the various federations its main mission which is to ensure the accessibility of drinking water to all populations throughout the national territory, and its activities, including its call center called Consumer Relations Center-CRC.

This center was created to take into account the needs of drinking water users. To do so, the consumer will just have to call 22 51 47 00 to raise all their concerns regarding drinking water.

The presidents of the consumer federations said they were happy and honored for the opportunity given to them to immerse themselves in the functioning of ONEP.
