The National Office of Drinking Water (ONEP) took part in the 4th edition of the South-Comoé Festival Agnintié, which was held from 04 to 19 December 2021 in place Elleingand etch d'Aboisso, and of which The objective is to be an inseparable link and complement between the existing initiatives that are Abissa, Popo Carnival and other cultural events.
This platform was an opportunity for the ONEP to present its missions, its dismemberments and particularly its center of relations with consumers (CRC). For four (4) days, the ONEP has communicated with the population whose satisfaction of drinking water needs is at the heart of its existence.
As a reminder, created in 2015, the CRC of the ONEP gives the possibility to the drinking water user to make complaints, to obtain information on the actors, the missions, and the mechanisms of the sector of the Drinking water, to benefit from personalized advice and make an appointment. For this, a short number, the 1360 is available, at the cost of a local call from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This festival, placed under the high patronage of SEM Patrick Achi, Prime Minister, Head of Government, represented by Mrs. Anne Désirée Ouloto, Minister of Public Service and Modernization of the Administration, saw the presence of several elected officials and executives of the region. Among them, Doctor Eugène Aka Aoule, President of the Economic Social Environment and Cultural Council, also President of the Southern Regional Council - Comoé, and Mr. Adama Ido, director of projects, also 1st deputy mayor of the commune of Maféré, Representing the director general of the ONEP, Mr. Ibrahiman Berte.
